PRE SCHOOL PROGRAM 3-5 Years
FAST Pre school programs are an excellent way for children aged 3 - 5 years to learn skills that will focus on building your childs confidence, listening, motor skills and coordination.
Pre schoolers are given training and instruction that will build important foundations for their health and well being at this early and important developmental stage in their choildhood, in ways that will nurture their love and appreciation for group sports and social interaction.
ACADEMY
Develop your skills
This program is perfect for players eagerly wanting to improve their skills. It runs every Monday night. It is designed for players with all abilities and focuses on dribbling, speed, game awareness and finishing.

FAST Football will be running smaller groups sessions due to the COVID 19 restrictions.
